CNC Lathe Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various lathe machines and possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Reading blueprints, programming jobs, set up, and documentation. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of lathe machining (preferred)

- 5+ years of machining experience

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a detail oriented maintenance tech to help keep our company running smoothly. This includes preventative maintenance on our machines, building/shop maintenance, assisting in troubleshooting and repairs, and gain overall knowledge of each building to help maintain a safe and productive work environment. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints/schematics, use diagnostic tools, and troubleshoot effectively.

Pattern Maker / Sales Engineer

This unique role combines expert hands-on pattern and mold making with direct customer interaction: you'll build lasting relationships, bring in new work, and see projects through from initial quote to successful completion. As a key player in our precision operations, you'll leverage your machining background to create high-quality foundry patterns, industrial molds, and custom components while serving as the primary technical contact for outside customers.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in pattern making, mold making, or foundry tooling (wood/metal pattern work, CNC machining for castings preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable talking technical details with customers, engineers, and foundry personnel to win work and resolve issues.

This hands-on role is critical to keeping jobs moving smoothly: you'll manage the intake of materials and patterns, prepare and send out completed work and ensure everything gets where it needs to go efficiently and accurately. With our growing operations and mix of different jobs, we need someone with strong drive, great communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy shop environment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- 1–2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing logistics.

- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one quickly) and safe material-handling experience (pallets, heavy items).

CNC Machining / Welding Apprentice Program

This paid apprenticeship offers real-world work experience in a established, family-owned machine shop with over 75 years of precision manufacturing expertise. Ideal for students currently enrolled in a Precision Machining, welding/fabrication or related vocational program, the position provides hands-on exposure during the school year (part-time/co-op) or full-time during the summer.

What You'll Do:

- Operate and learn to set up manual mills and lathes

- Run production parts on our CNC mills and CNC lathes

- Assist with part inspection, deburring, and general shop tasks

- Work alongside experienced machinists on actual customer jobs

- Gain exposure to blueprint reading, tooling, fixturing, and quality control

The goal of this apprenticeship is to give you broad exposure to different aspects of the machining trade so you can discover what you enjoy most — whether that’s manual machining, CNC operation, programming, or another path in advanced manufacturing. It serves as an excellent stepping stone into a rewarding career in the skilled trades.
