PAUL ZIMMER

President of Arnette Pattern Co (2016-present)

Paul, the youngest son of Bill Zimmer, has served as president of Arnette Pattern Company since 2016. Starting in 1978, as a shop hand sweeping floors, he embarked on his pattern making apprenticeship in 1981. Paul advanced to vice president in 1998 under Gary Zimmer’s leadership, playing a pivotal role in the company’s transformation, including its expansion into a state-of-the-art facility. As president, he has spearheaded major investments in advanced equipment, expanded operational capacity, and assembled a team of highly skilled professionals, solidifying Arnette’s reputation for excellence.


Paul Waltenberger

Vice President of Arnette Pattern Co (2016-present)

Paul Waltenberger, brother-in-law of Paul Zimmer, joined Arnette Pattern Company in 2002 with extensive experience from Lapham-Hickey Steel in the steel industry. He became a part owner in 2004 and assumed the role of vice president in 2016 after Gary Zimmer’s retirement. Paul has transformed the fabrication shop by streamlining processes, integrating advanced heavy-duty equipment, and building a highly skilled workforce, significantly elevating performance during his tenure. Since moving full-time to the main shop on Missouri Avenue in 2019, he has further strengthened Arnette’s operational excellence across all sectors.

Joe , CNC Machine Shop Manager, has dedicated his entire career to Arnette Pattern Company since 2000. Starting as an apprentice machinist, his steadfast loyalty and relentless drive have propelled him to leadership, where he expertly quotes machining jobs, carries jobs to completion, and ensures precision and excellence in CNC operations.

Chris Fasciola, Quality Welding Inspector, joined Arnette Pattern Company in 2023 and serves as the critical quality checkpoint for all operations. His expertise in welding inspection has been a tremendous asset, significantly enhancing operational quality and ensuring smooth, efficient shop performance.


RODNEY WOLL

Rodney joined Arnette Pattern Company in 2019 as an exceptional maintenance manager, renowned for his ability to troubleshoot and resolve any shop issue. With vast knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and strong industry connections, he ensures swift, efficient repairs, keeping operations running smoothly through his dedicated work ethic.

Manual Machine Shop Manager

Jeff McRaven joined Arnette Pattern Company in 2014, bringing unmatched expertise in manual machining and complex repair work. A seasoned veteran, he has spent his career mastering and managing traditional manual machines, which remain vital to operations. His deep knowledge of the intricacies of machining and repair sets him apart as an invaluable asset to the team.


JON HUGHEY

Jon joined Arnette Pattern Co. in 2018 after years in U.S. Steel’s engineering department. His deep mechanical knowledge and practical problem-solving have made him a go-to for complex mill repairs and modifications. As an engineer-salesman, Jon keeps work flowing with smart, efficient solutions tailored to each job.


BAILEY ZIMMER

Project Manager – Fabrication Shop

Bailey joined Arnette in 2020 as an apprentice machinist, working and learning on the CNC mills and lathes over his first three years. Now serving as a project manager in the fabrication shop, he oversees cutting operations, maintains shop flow, and ensures parts are readily available for the team. As the son of Paul Zimmer and nephew of Paul Waltenberger, Bailey continues the family’s legacy in the business.


Derrick Totsch

Derrick Totsch is our Safety Manager with deep roots in steamfitting and welding, giving him practical, firsthand knowledge of industrial hazards and operations. After four years as Fabrication and Welding Lead, he transitioned into safety leadership in 2019. He holds OSHA 10- & 30-Hour Construction certifications, First Aid/CPR, PIT Trainer, POSH, and certificates in Safety Training Methods, Industrial Hygiene, and Advanced Welding Inspection. A member of the National Safety Council and ASSP, Derrick combines field experience with safety expertise to build a strong safety culture.



Darin Werts

Outside Sales Engineer

Darin Werts is our Outside Sales Engineer, driving new business and guiding projects smoothly from initial contact through shop production. He travels regularly to businesses and mills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure work for our team. With a strong technical background, Darin works closely with customers to understand their precise needs and coordinates requirements so jobs flow efficiently through fabrication. His proactive approach and attention to detail deliver exceptional service and communication every step of the way.

Bryan is our Fabrication Shop Foreman with over 40 years of hands-on experience as a fitter and welder in the industry. A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) for the past 10 years, he brings unmatched technical expertise and practical knowledge to our fabrication team. Bryan’s deep background ensures high-quality workmanship, strict adherence to standards, and efficient shop operations while mentoring and leading our crew to deliver exceptional results on every project.

DIANE ZIMMER

Diane Zimmer, wife of Paul Zimmer, joined Arnette Pattern Company in 1995, initially handling payroll and continuing in that role to this day. As the office manager, she expertly manages invoicing, human resources, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring seamless administrative operations for the company.
